Screenshots of the Wii U Mii Studio have been released on the Nintendo Japan website. As you can see it is fairly similar to the Wii Mii Studio. As you can see in the top right hand corner there is a camera icon, possibly to indicate the ability to take a picture of oneself and get a Mii automatically generated.
