Take out at least one row of Para-Biddybuds to reveal Green Star Number 1 in the wall.
World 3-1 Green Star 2
After the checkpoint flag, catch the glowing rabbit to get Green Star Number 2.
World 3-1 Green Star 3
Climb the tree to the left of the final pipe. You can jump up into a hole in the wall containing Green Star Number 3.
World 3-2 Chain-Link Charge Green Stars
World 3-2 Green Star 1
Wall jump or climb up the moving grate to grab Green Star Number 1.
World 3-2 Green Star 2
Using either the Super Leaf or Super Bell, sprint and avoid the grates, landing on the cloud to your right that carries Green Star Number 2.
World 3-2 Green Star 3
Green Star Number 3 can be obtained by spinning the catwheel after the clear pipe and climbing the newly-risen pillar.
World 3-3 Shifty Boo Mansion Green Stars
World 3-3 Green Star 1
Green Star Number 1 can be found in a rotating room after jumping into the portrait of Boo.
World 3-3 Green Star 2
Hop on top of the bookcases to make them move in different directions. Start from the top and work your way to the bottom-left to uncover Green Star Number 2.
World 3-3 Green Star 3
There is a second couch to the right of the final door. Let it carry you to a higher platform where you can jump into a warp pipe that turns into Green Star Number 3.
World 3-4 Pretty Plaza Panic Green Stars
World 3-4 Green Star 1
Green Star Number 1is resting on a cloud directly behind you at the start of the level.
World 3-4 Green Star 2
Catch the glowing rabbit and he'll surrender Green Star Number 2.
World 3-4 Green Star 3
Jump into the cloud cannon near various enemies. Green Star Number 3 is awaiting your arrival to the right of the clouds.
World 3-A Magikoopa Blockade Green Stars
World 3-A Green Star 1
Defeat all three Magikoopas to claim Green Star Number 1.
World 3-5 Pipeline Lagoon Green Stars
World 3-5 Green Star 1
Near the first clear pipe, swim to the top of the water and it will raise you to the alcove where Green Star Number 1 lies.
World 3-5 Green Star 2
Using the Cannon Block found near the stamp, break a hole in the cracked wall by the sunken ship and take the golden pipe to find Green Star Number 2.
World 3-5 Green Star 3
Green Star Number 3 is in a secret alcove that can be reached by swimming upwards before the last green pipe that takes you to the flagpole.
World 3-6 Mount Must Dash Green Stars
World 3-6 Green Star 1
Take the bottom path when you come to a fork in the road. You'll run into Green Star Number 1 atop some donut lifts.
World 3-6 Green Star 2
After entering the purple warp block surrounded by Para-Biddybuds, catch the glowing rabbit to get Green Star Number 2.
World 3-6 Green Star 3
Using either the Super Bell or Super Leaf, dive/float over to the far platform. After the last jump, claim Green Star Number 3.
World 3-7 Switchboard Falls Green Stars
World 3-7 Green Star 1
Quickly jump to a wooden platform when you're on the second switchboard going downwards. Use the pipe here and follow the coins to collect Green Star Number 1.
World 3-7 Green Star 2
After falling down a hole and landing on a switchboard, immediately crouch and move left. You'll come across Green Star Number 2 behind the waterfall.
World 3-7 Green Star 3
Keep pushing right in the last area with switchboards and you'll eventually come across Green Star Number 3.
World 3-Train The Bullet Bill Express Green Stars
World 3-Train Green Star 1
Quickly hop on the train and to the left at the start to grab Green Star Number 1 before it disappears in the side-scrolling madness.
World 3-Train Green Star 2
Green Star Number 2 is sitting on top of a stack of Goombas.
World 3-Train Green Star 3
Enter the green pipe at the end of the level and break the lone crate containing Captain Toad. He will give you Green Star Number 3.
World 3-B A Banquet with Hisstocrat Green Stars
World 3-B Green Star 1
Defeat Hisstocrat by jumping on his head three times to get Green Star Number 1.
World 3-Toad Captain Toad Makes a Splash Green Stars
World 3-Toad Green Star 1
Green Star Number 1 is under the water to the right.
World 3-Toad Green Star 2
Go through the hole in the back and take the second path in the clear pipe to get Green Star Number 2.
World 3-Toad Green Star 3
Go through the hole in the back and take the first path in the clear pipe and then drop down to the green platform and follow it to Green Star Number 3.
World 3-Toad Green Star 4
Drop into the clear pipe and then through the hole to nab Green Star Number 4.
World 3-Toad Green Star 5
Green Star Number 5 can be gathered by hitting the switch and walking across the newly risen platforms.
