In Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door you can find a building in East Rogueport called the Trouble Center. The building lets you take on quests known as "troubles" for the citizens of Rogueport and the surrounding areas. Once you accept a trouble you must complete it or pay to dismiss it before choosing another. New troubles will become available at the end of each chapter. There are rewards for completing each trouble, but there is no final reward for completing every trouble in the game.

Note: this guide is currently under construction.
