During the Plessie ride, stick to the right and collect the World Star-1 Stamp between the golden rings.
Shortly after the checkpoint flag, use a Super Bell to climb the platform to the left. There are vertical flipping platforms that will lead you to the World Star-2 Stamp if you climb them in cat form.
On a platform to the south of the long rolling platform near the end of the level, you'll find a Rosalina switch. Use her to hit it and reveal the World Star-3 Stamp.
You'll find the World Star-4 Stamp on a cloud platform behind a walleye near the middle of the level.
Just below the orange warp block, the World Star-5 Stamp is hidden behind a giant brick block. Use a bomb or mega mario to destory it and collect the stamp.
Near the end of the level where all the bees are spawning, you can throw your boomerang at World Star-6 Stamp to the right to collect it.
While using the first Mega Mushroom, jump up and break the grey blocks before dropping down into the lower area. The World Star-7 Stamp is protected by these grey blocks.
You'll find the World Star-8 Stamp at the very end of the level where the path sinks down into the fog. Take the last right of the path and it will lead you to the stamp.
You'll find the World Star-9 Stamp near the beginning of the level. Use a Cannon Block to hit the ? Blocks in front of it to create a platform to go over and collect it.
Walk inside to collect the World Castle-Tent Stamp.
