Network Relays
Head out of the room to the right and use the network relay to travel to a new area. Continue to the right, defeating the enemy along the way and then use the next relay. You should be at Switching Station 4. Head right through the next room and you'll run into some more enemies. Defeat them, and then choose to harness their energy and you'll get a new bar: "viral load".
Head left, drop to the bottom floor and head right. Use the network relay here. Continue left through two rooms and you'll find some more enemies. Defeat them to increase your Viral Load. Continue left, up, and then through the door to the right. In this room, interact with the machine to spawn several enemies. The energy harnessed from defeating these enemies should be enough to fill your Viral Load. You'll now be able to fire a new dark beam (R) that can penetrate white doors.
Read the logs here and then exit the room to the left by firing your new dark beam. Drop down and enter the white door to the left. There will be two relays here. Take the first and continue left. In this room, several enemies will spawn. Drop down and continue right for two more rooms. At the bottom floor of this room, we can now enter the white door on the right.
Interact with the access point here and a few enemies will spawn. After they've been defeated, check it out again to read the logs. Head back the way we came (up and to the left) and then use the relay to get back. Now, head left and use the next relay.
You'll be back at Switching Station 4. Head up and right to the next room. Blast through the white door to the right here. Take the relay to E2C Main Site. Continue right and interact with the access point. Defeat the several enemies that spawn and interact with the unit here. He'll introduce himself as "One". He'll kick you out, and you'll need to defeat another enemy. Re-enter and you'll be able to convince One to let you tag along.
The One
Head to the left and admire the painting. Then head to the right and interact with the martial art drawings. Now exit the One's hut to the right and go through some dialogue. You'll need to fight off the many here by using Y and A to attack. The timing here can be a little tricky, so be prepared. Continue to the right and interact with the elevator to get to the basement.
Head right and interact with the computer on the right. Navigate through the menu options and you'll soon be faced off against more flying creatures. Once you're back in One, head to the left through two rooms and investigate a corpse lying on the ground. Grab the electronic keycard from it. Use the elevator again and go to floor 1.
Use your keycard on the card reader here and enter the room on the right. Read the log files in this room. To the right of the computer is a key with a "tacky keychain" that you can pick up. Now head to floor 2. Enter the room on the right and open the footlocker by the middle bunk with the key. Head left and use the magazine on the pods of drones to cover their faces. You can continue left and read the messages on the computer if you like.
Use the elevator to get back to the floor 4. Head left and purge the pods. You'll need to defeat several more of the many in combat. Climb the ladder on the left side of the room. A new variant of the many that will require two hits to knock out will fight you here. Enter the entertainment room via the ladder on the right after they've been defeated.
In this room, interact with the music player to take the unrefined music disc out of the player. Now exit this room to the left. Use the elevator to get to the first floor. Enter the room to the right and play the unrefined music over the PA system. Now head to floor 3 and take the door to the left. Defeat one of the many here and then continue left to purge this floor. You'll need to engage in combat again. After this sequence, you'll eventually need to choose to dominate the One.
Head right and take a signal flare from the shelf in this room. In the next room, take a Kung-Fu film from the selection on the shelves. Back in the entertainment room to the right, play the Kung-Fu film on the projector so that the One can learn some more moves. Now, head to the roof. Use a signal flare to grab the attention of the many here. Make your way back to the second floor.
Head left here for another combat sequence. Blue variants of the many will be introduced, which can dodge your moves and switch sides after being hit. Head left and interact with the terminal for the final purge. You'll need to defeat your longest string of the many yet, culminating in a battle with a green variant that will move in a similar fashion to the One. Afterwards, head to the fourth floor to exit this area.
