Donkey Kong Bananza is Coming to Switch 2 on July 17
The Nintendo Switch 2 direct was capped off with a brand new and unexpected game reveal. Donkey Kong Bananza is a 3D Donkey Kong game coming exclusively to Switch 2. It features the new (retro?) Donkey Kong design first seen in Mario Kart World.

Gamecube Games are Coming to Switch 2 Online
One of the best pieces of news from the Switch 2 Direct was that Nintendo Switch Online will be continuing in its current form. There's no need for a new (or more expensive) subscription and we'll have access to all the classic games available on Switch

Mario Kart World Will be a Switch 2 Launch Title
The Switch 2 Direct opened with more details on the new Mario Kart game that was first teased back in January. Mario Kart World will be a launch title (June 5) on Switch 2. The big catch of the game is that it's somewhat open world.

Switch 2 Will Release Worldwide on June 5
Nintendo Switch 2 is here! Well, almost. It will actually launch on June 5, 2025 for an MSRP of $449.99. That's a bit sooner and a bit more expensive than most of us were anticipating. The Switch 2 Direct gave us all sorts of new details.

Tomodachi Life is Getting a Sequel on Switch
Perhaps the biggest surprise in today's Nintendo Direct was the announcement of a new Tomodachi Life game. Tomodachi Life: Living the Dream is a follow up to the cult classic Tomodachi Life on 3DS.

Bulb Boy is an adventure horror puzzle game from Bulbware. It features Bulb Boy in his quest to save his home from an array of evil. The game launched on Nintendo Switch on July 6, 2017.
