Donkey Kong Country returns... for the third time! Donkey Kong Country Returns, which was first released on Wii in 2010 and later 3DS in 2013 is now coming to Nintendo Switch. It will be titled Donkey Kong Country Returns HD, and will be an HD remaster of the Wii game that includes the bonus 3DS levels. This means that every Donkey Kong Country Game is now available to play on Nintendo Switch. The first three SNES games are available with Nintendo Switch Online and Tropical Freeze got a Switch port back in 2018.
Donkey Kong Country Returns HD will be coming to Switch early next year on January 16, 2025. You can check out the reveal trailer below.
