Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door was revealed to be receiving a remake during yesterday's Nintendo Direct. The game will feature revamped graphics, framerate, and more.

During the Nintendo Direct, only the vague release date of 2024 was given. The game appears to run smooth as silk, and include improved animations and visual clarity.
